A word from Mike
I started New Era Plumbing because too many jobs were getting handed off to whoever was free that day. That is not how you build a trade business.
I walk the job before we quote it. If the drawings change or we open a wall and find something ugly, you hear the number from me before we keep going. No surprises at invoice time.
My crews are licensed and certified for the work we take on: backflow, OSHA 30, flammable gas and torch, public works. That matters when an inspector shows up.
Restaurant, retail, ground up construction, a boiler in a 30 unit building or a water heater in a split level. If we say Tuesday, we are there Tuesday.
