We use your information to quote the job, schedule the crew, answer questions and keep records of work we performed. We may contact you about an open estimate or a job in progress.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not send marketing texts or email blasts unless you ask to be on our list.

Sharing

Information is shared only with people who need it to complete your job, such as a general contractor you referred us to, a supplier ordering a fixture, or a service that hosts our website and forms. Everyone in that chain is expected to keep it confidential. We also release information when the law requires it.

Our site uses cookies to keep the site working properly and to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not behave as expected.

Keeping information safe

Estimate requests are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with access limited to our office. No system is perfect, so we keep only what we need to run the job.

You can ask us what we have on file, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete your information once a job is closed out and paid. Call or email and we will take care of it.
